The Personal Optical Story
 Founded in 2004 by Rachel Hill-Campbell, Personal Optical is a mobile eyewear business. After 10 years of serving customers in the Niagara Region, Rachel realized that her clients' main complaint was lack of time: Time to choose their frames, time to pick up their eyewear and the hassle of coming back for adjustments.
Personal Optical allows Rachel to meet her customers at their chosen location at a mutually agreed upon time. She helps the customer find glasses which meet his/her needs and hand delivers them to the client. Rachel is an expert in selecting eyeglasses that enhance facial qualities. She can help everyone look their best!
Personal Optical's Owner
 Rachel Hill-Campbell, Personal Optical's owner, has over 15 years of optical experience in the Niagara Region. She is a licensed Optician in Ontario and a member of the Opticians Association of Canada. Her experiences at Sears Optical and The Vision Clinic allow her to better understand her customer's needs.
Rachel Hill-Campbell studied under one of St. Catharines' best Opticians, her father, Hans Hill. Working with him, she learned what customer service really means as well as many tricks of the trade. He shared his decades of experience, but most importantly his love for helping people see better.
As a mother of two children herself, Rachel realized time is precious. She decided to take a different approach to the optical industry and meet her customers at their convenience.
Rachel speaks three different languages: English, German and French. She is involved with the Small Business Club of Niagara and with the Women in Business in Niagara Group. She also volunteers with two non-profit organizations in St.Catharines.
